I just came back from the 2010 Leadership Conference and it was well worth it!  I had won two awards: fifth place in North America for top numbers of Living Naturally Parties and fourth place in North America for Top Manager.  I couldn't do that without the help of my team!

We had the opportunity to see Mary Christensen speak and her talks were awesome!  She is definitely true about reality but is able to pave the way for us to follow her.  The Executives had some great ideas about how to build our businesses faster and stronger, so now it's just a matter of doing it.

I have meetings on the last Monday of every month to introduce new associates to our team and to provide some direction for the coming month.  The next couple months, I will be using the material learned at conference to help beginners and old-timers build their businesses.
