Can changes be made to an order once it has been placed?
To be able to process orders in a timely manner, orders are immediately sent to our shipping department to be processed for shipping. For this reason, we cannot make changes to an order once it had been placed. This includes products and product quantities, addresses, and payments options.

How can I get a catalog?
New Customers can get a free Catalog by following the "Request a Catalog" link in the top menu bar of this website.

What if I have an item that is on backorder?
Items on backorder will be billed at the time the order is placed and shipped approximately one week after the in stock date. If you have a question regarding your backorder, please call 1-800-243-9423.
Will I receive confirmation that my order has been accepted?
Yes, after you have placed your order, you will receive a sales order number, as well as receive an e–mail confirmation. When contacting Watkins Incorporated regarding your order, please have your sales order number available.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow up to two business days to process your order and approximately five to seven business days for shipping.
How may I trace my order?
You may trace your orders online through WatkinsOnline.com or by calling Customer Service. However, please allow five to seven days for delivery.

How will my order be delivered?
In the U.S., orders will be delivered by UPS. In Canada, orders will be delivered by Purolator or, in some locations, UPS or Canada Post.
What if I would like to have my package delivered overnight?
At this time, overnight service is only available through our toll-free Order Entry Department. For rushed delivery, please call 1-800-Watkins (928-5467) today. One of our Order Entry Operators will be happy to process your order. Back to top |
