Associates also save between 25% to 39% on their personal purchases. BONUS INCOME: Depending on monthly activity, Associates may be eligible to earn additional bonus income based on their personal sales and the sales of the other Associates in his/her organization. Typically between 3% to 14%. Associates earn these bonuses for leading those they sponsor and helping them to attain the Manager and/or Executive Levels.

You also make bonus income on the sales of your Associates, if you decide to sponsor anyone. Your income potential is only limited by your drive and creativity to sell the products. Is training required to become a Associate?
You can learn about Watkins products and marketing strategies in the comfort of your own home. Watkins does offer training meetings and conventions around the country, which are, of course, optional. Do I have to meet monthly sales quotas to continue being a Associate?
