Shuwb Outreach Ministries is a community-oriented non-profit Ministry with roots in a homeless shelter and outreach. We have been providing services to the needy in the La Salle County Illinois area for over 15 years. The entire Ministry is operated by volunteers. No one - including the Pastor/Director - receives any form of payment for services.

The Ministry consists of a Church (Haven of Hope Bible Church at 116 Sterling Street - La Salle, IL), a thrift and book store (Brother's Keeper Thrift & Book Store at 145 Hennepin Street - La Salle, IL) and the Outreach itself which operates out of the thrift store. Through all divisions of the Ministry, we endeavor to raise funds to provide for human needs in the area. Sales from donations to the thrift store are used to purchase food and meal vouchers, and as funds are available to assist with housing, utilities, and other personal needs. Donated clothing and household goods are often given free of charge to the area needy. We obviously have overhead costs, but all funds received over and above our basic costs of operation are used to fund the outreach effort.

In like manner to the rest of our Ministry, all profits generated through sales of Watkins products will go directly to help the area needy. Feel free to contact us at any time with any questions you may have. We look forward to working with you!
